In recent times the popularity of digiscoping has increased, with a growing number of hunters wanting to capture on film the beauty and memory of unalarmed animals and prospective trophies seen through a spotting scope.The Wedgetail Digiscoping camera mount removes the guess work and is compatible with all Peregrine ED Series spotting scopes.
The unit is fully adjustable to allow precise adjustment of the camera lens inside the eyepiece. The camera mount will suit multiple camera sizes however compact digital cameras with low optical zoom power often produce the best results. Once the user is satisfied with the LCD picture, the adjustable lock on the rotating arm records the users setting and allows the camera to be simply flipped back away from the eyepiece for viewing and then quickly flipped back for the taking of quality photos. Best results are obtained using a self timer.
