The Frontier Mini DVR3 is ideal for hands free video capture of the fast paced excitement of any hunting or fishing trip. It is also suited to kayaks, trailbikes snowsports & all outdoor pursuits. Arguably one of the smallest video cameras of its type available on the market, the camera is 7cm long and weighs a mere 22gms. The camera unit can be fixed securely to the headband provided via a custom designed velcro strap and a second band is also provided which is suitable for attaching the camera to other equipment such as a backpack, bow, trailbike, scope or ski goggles.
Video is recorded in stereo AVI format at 30fps and features 4 GB of internal memory which will record and store up to 2hrs of video. The unit is waterproof to 1m and comes with two styles of threaded end cap, one which is perforated to capture audio and a second wich is sealed for wet weather or watersports. Power is supplied by an internal battery which is recharged via the USB cable provided. The video is extremely simple to use and once the footage is recorded it is simply connected to the computer and the files are downloaded ready for viewing, editing, emailing or uploading to the internet.
