Victorian Deer Association Info Night 2026

More Than a Store: Bringing the Hunting Community Together

There’s something special about a shop that feels like more than just a place to buy gear. Last Wednesday, 6th May, we had the pleasure of hosting the Victorian Deer Association for one of our regular Info Nights—and it was exactly what these evenings are all about: good people, shared knowledge, and a genuine connection to the hunting community here in Victoria.

A Night of Stories, Insights & Gear

The evening kicked off with a relaxed general catch-up, giving members a chance to swap recent hunting reports and stories from the bush.

From there, our own Rob Fickling stepped up to run through a series of presentations on new products currently in development. It was a great opportunity to give a behind-the-scenes look at what’s coming, why it’s being built, and how real feedback from hunters shapes what we do.

Keeping It Social

Of course, no good gathering is complete without a bit of fun. We wrapped things up with a raffle featuring some of our gear, followed by pizza, drinks, and plenty more conversation. Nights like these remind us why we do what we do—it’s not just about the products on the shelves, but the people who use them and the stories that come with them.

An Open Invitation to Hunting Groups

We’re proud to be part of the Aussie hunting community, and these Info Nights are just one way we stay connected. If you’re part of a hunting group, club, or association, we’d love to host you. Our space is a unique environment—filled with taxidermy, quality gear, and plenty of room to gather, learn, and share a few stories. Whether it’s a general meeting, a presentation, or just a catch-up, the door is always open.
